When importing recipes from external websites, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that content. Cookbook Commons processes recipe data for your personal use and does not claim ownership of imported recipes.

The Cookbook Commons name, logo, and all related graphics, software, and technology are the property of Cookbook Commons. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Recipe information, including cooking times and ingredient quantities, should be verified by you before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cookbook Commons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
